    Enter every required captain and teammate detail, then agree to the event rules.

    Your team-name reservation is immediate. Balour then reviews eligibility and emails the captain with tournament confirmation.

One player submits the duo signup. Enter both gamertags exactly as they appear in Apex Legends.

Rules of engagement

Registration means the full duo agrees to the published format, scoring, conduct standards, and staff rulings.

Duos, crossplay, and roster lock

The event uses Apex Legends private Battle Royale Duos. All listed platforms and mixed-platform duos are welcome. Each approved duo must compete with the roster submitted and confirmed by Balour; substitutes require staff approval.

Check-in and lobby access

Confirmed captains must check in by 5:00 PM EST. Private lobby codes and final instructions are shared only through the approved event channel. Late teams are not guaranteed entry.

Competitive integrity

Cheating, exploits, teaming, stream-sniping, account sharing, intentional disruption, or evading an organizer ruling can result in removal and loss of eligibility.

Disconnects and remakes

Pause, restart, remake, and disconnect decisions are made by tournament staff using the available evidence and lobby conditions. Do not leave unless staff instructs you to do so.

Scoring, ties, and disputes

Placement points and one point per elimination determine standings across five matches. Published tiebreakers and verified match data control. Report disputes promptly; final organizer scoring decisions are binding.

Conduct, stream, and prizes

Players must respect competitors, staff, hosts, and viewers and permit official tournament coverage. Winners must complete identity, result, and payout verification. Balour may enforce published rules to protect a fair event.

Does submitting lock in my team name?

Yes. The first valid completed signup locks the selected name immediately. Balour still reviews roster eligibility, and a released team name becomes available again.

Can PlayStation, Xbox, PC, and Switch players enter?

Yes. All listed platforms and mixed-platform duos are welcome, subject to Apex Legends private-match availability and the published crossplay settings.

What happens at check-in?

Confirmed captains check in at 5:00 PM EST, verify the roster, and receive the private lobby instructions. The five-match event begins at 6:00 PM EST.

Is entry free and how are prizes paid?

The August 23 launch event is free. Rewards follow the published prize cards and require verification. For schedule changes or help, follow @balouredition, watch the Twitch status, or use Balour.shop’s contact page.
